I'll spoiler-alert this so if you don't want to know what these missions are, just don't highlight. The colonists are subject of future missions.

That's why I chose a trade-oriented approach, I don't consider myself to outstand in naval battles. I guess the buccaneer style implies that you'll have to win sea battles (capturing or sinking ships) in order to get promoted to a higher rank. maybe I should relaunch a Port Royale game (last one I played was a the French).
PORT ROYALE 3 KEYGEN GENERATOR MANUAL
When the map is (more or less) full, you can start searching the campaign map to locate the treasure (the printed map in the manual will help you locate it). Talk to someone in a tavern, and sometimes they'll offer you a piece of a treasure map (in exchange of some gold of course). The other 'treasure' I mentioned can be found by collecting small pieces of maps in taverns. I've never managed to do this though, as it is always a huge fleet, with masses of galleons (sp?), which is rather impossible to beat with two stupid barques (unless you are really really good). When the Treasure fleet pops up, you can go and search for it, and try to intercept it. first missions usually are something like bring me to Guadeloupe in less then 5 days and I'll pay you XX florins). It worked out OK in my games, although I had some periods where I had to struggle to survive financially.įor as for the tavern folks, are you sure you can't get *any* mission or request from them? The first missions you get there are rather easy, and they get more difficult with each promotion you get.

just buying and selling goods with a small profit margin) and not really making increasing your wealth. I am not 100% sure, but I think the first trade-based promotions are a consequence of just trading (eg. Once I got the first promotion, the next ones were awarded rather quickly.
PORT ROYALE 3 KEYGEN GENERATOR UPGRADE
At the set up of your game, have you chosen to upgrade your status based on sea battles or on trade? I always chose trade and then I started trading frenetically throughout the Caribbean. Phew, now I really have to dig deep in my memory. Why would you build at all not-much-profiable businesses? Is there any way to get in business faster? The increase in wealth that I experimented so far is really small (I started the game with 7000, and now I have 7890, after almost a year) I know you have to pay the crew and captains and repair the ship, but it isnt really funny this way. Just sailing around the caribbean with your single ship trying to build an economic empire is sad. How do you get your ships back moving after boarding? How boarding works? How do you know if you boarded the ship succesfully or not? I have been sailing around a ship which had 6 people left for 10 mins, shooting grape continuously and didnt manage to kill them. After some 6 hours of play and very little improvement I have some questions:īeing addicted to Cutthroats and quite good in Age f Sail 2, I didnt expect naval combat to be so. I got the game a week ago, but just started playing yesterday.
